Subscriptions to the newsletter and website are stored electronically in the CGA database which is used to communicate with members. A name and an email address are stored for these purposes. Personal records may be updated on the CGA website, or by contacting a member of staff.


CGA will never sell information about individuals to any other organisation or entity. Information will only be disclosed as outlined in the “collection of personal information” section of this policy.
