2018 Workshop

CGA National Export Workshop / Registration Days 2018

A national workshop designed to bring industry together will be held at Rydges Capitol Hill in Canberra on the 5th and 6th of June.  Recent access to China via a fumigation pathway and Vietnam under an irradiation pathway provide unprecedented export opportunities to mainland growers.

The workshop will unpack pitfalls for unwary export growers and packers and highlight opportunities.  The focus of the workshop is on quality controls and processes – how to ensure we keep markets open and demand high.

Case studies from export oriented industries combined with key industry and government speakers are designed to inform and engage those already part of the export program and those seeking to export for the first time.

To ensure export readiness, attendance at this 2 day event is mandatory for all mainland cherry growers and packers ahead of registrations for the 2018-19 season.

  • Cost is $165 per person or $330 per business (up to 4 people) which includes the 2 day workshop, an electronic copy of the Export Manual, registration and access to the Apps and other export resources.  Prices include GST
